ABOUT US

Hillcrest Country Club 9, Inc. is a residential condominium association located at 1001 Hillcrest Court in Hollywood, Florida. The Association oversees the management and maintenance of the building and its shared areas.

 

Governed by an elected Board of Directors, the Association operates in accordance with its governing documents and applicable Florida law, including Chapter 718, Florida Statutes. The Association works to maintain a safe, well-kept, and orderly residential environment for its unit owners, governed by Hillcrest Country Club 9, Inc.

 

All Association actions are subject to approval by the Board of Directors and governed by the Association’s governing documents and applicable Florida law.
