
EVENTS
This section is provided for the purpose of posting notices of Association meetings and other Association-related events as required or permitted under the Association’s governing documents and applicable Florida law, including Chapter 718, Florida Statutes.
Events posted may include, but are not limited to:

Annual meetings of the membership

Meetings of the Board of Directors

Budget meetings and hearings

Committee meetings, when applicable

Membership information sessions or workshops authorized by the Board
Meeting notices, agendas, and related materials are distributed and posted in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and statutory notice requirements. All meetings are conducted in compliance with applicable Florida statutes.
The Association does not sponsor or endorse private or non-Association events unless expressly authorized by the Board of Directors.
Participation in community events is voluntary and social in nature. The Association does not assume responsibility for personal injury or loss, except as required by law.
