Comments:  The system I purchased is $4,600 but only cost me $770.  This is because APS  reimbursed me $1,450 in cash and the Fed’s are offering a $1,380 tax credit (not a rebate) and the State is offering a $1,000 tax credit.   Basically, the system is a SunEarth Solaray which is a closed system and a new 80 gallon water tank.
